Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online experience who is interested in learning all aspects of the bookkeeping business. Training will be provided.
*Responsibilities*
- Enter data accurately in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Classify transactions correctly
- Create and send client invoices
- Maintain overall QuickBooks records and accounts
- Work with our internal task management software to complete tasks, update work, and add company notes
- Learn to process and oversee weekly recurring payroll
- Grow with the role and gain more bookkeeping skills over time
*Requirements*
- QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
- QBO certification is a plus
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and transaction classification
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using task management software
- Reliable and able to work full-time
