About the job Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator
Job Description:
We're looking for a Level 3 IT Support Engineer who knows how to set up and manage servers (file, domain, web), handle domain and email security, and work with Microsoft 365 (Azure, Intune, Outlook, SharePoint).
You should be comfortable configuring SonicWall firewalls, Cisco and UniFi switches and routers, and have strong cybersecurity skills. Troubleshooting software like QuickBooks, Adobe, and Zoho Work Drive should come naturally.
Experience with ticketing systems, documentation, and multitasking is a must. A friendly attitude and great customer service skills are just as important as technical knowledge.
