About the job Data Entry Assistant
We are looking for a Data Entry Coordinator/ assistant to help in Logistics support, input data, check and organize information and track our inventory. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to multitask, is proficient with office equipment, Excel advanced is a plus, and has experience using logistics software.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks and support the finance team.
- Oversee, and maintain product inventory and supplies
- Typical Duties and Responsibilities in data entry.
- Data entry verifies documentation and requests documentation
- Work collaboratively to ensure optimal customer service and support
- Maintains and keeps up to date the database by entering new records from several sources of data.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, works well with deadlines.
- Coordinate operations between warehouse, carrier, and suppliers handling transportation issues, Knowledge of logistics.
- Coordinating and monitoring supply logistics operations.
- Keep logs of issues, claims, warehouse, and orders.
