We are looking for a Data Entry Coordinator/ assistant to help in Logistics support, input data, check and organize information and track our inventory. We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to multitask, is proficient with office equipment, Excel advanced is a plus, and has experience using logistics software.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks and support the finance team.
  • Oversee, and maintain product inventory and supplies
  • Typical Duties and Responsibilities in data entry.
  • Data entry verifies documentation and requests documentation
  • Work collaboratively to ensure optimal customer service and support
  • Maintains and keeps up to date the database by entering new records from several sources of data.
  • Attention to detail, strong time management skills, works well with deadlines.
  • Coordinate operations between warehouse, carrier, and suppliers handling transportation issues, Knowledge of logistics.
  • Coordinating and monitoring supply logistics operations.
  • Keep logs of issues, claims, warehouse, and orders.
