Data Entry

• The Containerboard Packaging Group, a division of Flazy Light, is the largest containerboard producer in United States, and is also a top converter of corrugated products in the country. The Group manufactures a wide range of products made from recycled fibres for its North American customers in the food, beverage and consumer products sectors, among many others. The Division, which employs close to 3,400 people, owns six containerboard mills and nineteen corrugated products plants in United States and Canada.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare custom formula estimates and worksheets
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Prepare customer communication with order questions and status updates
• Strong attention to detail with order verification
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information
• Collaboration with other departments to support business initiatives
• Commitment to fulfill our customer promise and service standards
• Multitasking in a high-paced environment based on business needs
• Administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Data entry skills (50 wpm)
• Data entry testing required
• Excellent organizational skills - ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
