Remote Jobs Solution is actively seeking a Data Entry Specialist to add to our team! The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting the humongous amounts of manual freight data in our system. It requires detailed organization of trucking data, driver data, routes, rates.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering field data into in-house database
Performs other related responsibilities from finance department as assigned
Demonstrates ability to learn and utilize Remote Jobs Solution proprietary systems
Maintain awareness of and ensure adherence to Remote Jobs Solution standards regarding privacy
Providing regular feedback on data integrity
Requirements and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience within healthcare industry preferred.
Solid written & verbal communication skills
Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Explorer
Strong prioritizing & organizational skills
Excellent typing/data entry skills
