Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (Office Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM, PHT)
Salary: 40,000 PHP Basic Pay + up to 60,000 PHP in commissions (based on results).

Overview:
Remote Filo is seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Representative/Sales Development. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and capable of managing client communications effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pre-qualify prospects through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, lead generation tools, and other platforms.
- Craft and execute targeted cold email campaigns and make outbound cold calls to engage prospective clients.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by leveraging tools like Apollo and CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Use LinkedIn and other strategies to find, connect, and nurture prospective clients for lead generation.
- Conduct detailed research to understand prospects industry, needs, and pain points, aligning solutions to their goals.
- Accurately update and manage leads and activity records in HubSpot or other CRM tools, maintaining an organized and up-to-date database.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies and refine outreach efforts based on performance metrics.
- Deliver accurate reports on lead generation metrics, outreach performance, and opportunities sourced to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on company solutions, competitive landscape, and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT/SaaS sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of initiating and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, with excellent communication skills for client interactions and crafting outreach campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM tools like HubSpot, lead generation platforms such as Apollo, and project management tools.
- Strong background in sales practices, cold outreach methods (email, calls), and handling objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
