Overview:
Remote Filo is seeking a proactive and self-motivated sales virtual assistant with an experience in digital marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide services to our client by providing administrative and sales tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment where you can contribute to a variety of industries while developing your professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and supporting daily operations.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to support marketing activities and team collaboration.
- Utilize LinkedIn for leads prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, connecting and building relationships for leads.
- Do in-depth research to understand new market opportunities.
- Develop persuasive outreach campaigns for both linkedin and email.
- Set goals and KPIs to increase booked appointments.
- Persuasive in cold calling for follow-ups and appointment setting.
- Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- Proven experience in the IT Industry.
- Knowledgable in email security services.
- Proofpoint knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional client interactions.
- Skilled in storytelling, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences.
- Proficient in conducting research to gather valuable insights and data.
- Ability to effectively manage, upload, and organize data.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, and sales calls.
- Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Outlook.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.
