Role: Data Entry Specialist (Logistics) | US-based client

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week. 9:00 pm to 6:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Permanent and strictly on-site work.

Office Location: Fortune Square Building, McArtur Highway, Brgy Saguin, Infoforn of Coca-Cola Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

Client: US-based account for a trucking and logistics company. 

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support the growing operations team.

This role will focus on accurately entering and maintaining shipment information within the company's Transportation Management System (TMS), keeping records organized, and communicating important shipment updates to the dispatch team.

The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, and able to communicate clearly in English.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • - Accurately enter and update shipment information in the company's Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • - Maintain accurate records related to containers, shipments, and transportation activity.
  • - Communicate important shipment changes and updates to the dispatch team.
  • - Track and update information such as:
    • Container ETA
    • Last Free Day (LFD)
    • Container return locations
    • Other relevant shipment or container details

  • - Review entered information for accuracy and completeness.
  • - Organize and maintain digital and physical files so information is easily accessible.
  • - Flag missing, inconsistent, or time-sensitive information to the appropriate team member.
  • - Follow established processes while adapting to additional responsibilities as training progresses.
  • - Support the operations and dispatch teams with additional administrative and logistics tasks as needed.

    • Job Qualifications: 

  • - Previous experience in data entry, logistics, transportation, dispatch support, freight forwarding, or a related field is preferred. (US-based client)
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • - Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • - Comfortable learning and working within a TMS or other logistics software.
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • - Able to work independently and follow established processes.
  • - Comfortable handling repetitive and high-volume data accurately.
  • - Reliable and able to work during assigned U.S. business hours.
  • - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar business applications.

    • Nice-to-Have: 

  • - Previous experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • - Familiarity with intermodal trucking, drayage, ocean freight, containers, or freight forwarding.
  • - Experience working with container ETAs, Last Free Day (LFD), return locations, or similar shipment information.
  • - Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based logistics or transportation company.
