Role: Collection Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time

Work Setup: WFO (Office-based)


Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled problem-solvers to join our team as a Collection Specialist.

You will be an integral part of our Customer Support Center by fielding calls and questions as well as assisting with other administrative functions. You will work with both our internal and external partners in a team environment and independently while assisting in the continued growth of our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with customers to collect debts and resolve outstanding balances.
  • This primary function requires a high level of customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as a mind for problem-solving to work with customers to resolve their debts and collect payment.
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Following call center scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.


Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • High school or College Undergraduate.
  • Willing to work office-based
  • Willing to work in US time zone (Night Shift Philippines)
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Ready to start immediately.
