Receptionist/Sales Consultant

Role: Lawyer (US experience)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential.

Work Setup: Work from Home

Shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Philippine Time



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Booking Management:

  • Answer calls, emails, and manage bookings through Meevo booking system and HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide detailed service information and assist clients with appointment scheduling.
  • Follow up on inquiries and manage appointments efficiently.
  • Handle membership inquiries and assist in client retention.



Sales & Customer Service:

  • Convert leads into bookings by explaining service benefits and offerings.
  • Upsell wellness treatments, packages, and memberships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a premium spa experience.

Administrative & Support Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate client records and manage virtual phone systems.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting customer inquiries, sales, and bookings.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize customer experience and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception, sales, or customer service (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Meevo booking system, and virtual phone systems (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication and sales skills to convert leads and upsell services.
  • Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellness treatments is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
