Role: Client Support Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am (10pm to 7am after DST) Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications.
- Manage collections placements, providing timely status updates and account reports.
- Support clients with accounting-related inquiries and processes.
- Assess client needs related to technology and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for additional services that could benefit clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties assigned to support overall client success.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Familiarity with collections, accounting support, or technology solutions is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
- Experience in client support or account management.
