Role: Airbnb Virtual Assistant
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: Work from Home
As an Airbnb Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks focused on maintaining seamless daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and supporting overall property management efforts. You will serve as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring timely communication, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and prompt issue resolution. In this role, your ability to multitask, stay organized, and work proactively will be key to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and messages promptly and professionally through the Airbnb platform and other communication channels.
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, including providing guests with necessary information and instructions.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Liaise with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guests.
- Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews, and proactively seek feedback to improve guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers, internet applications, and various software tools (e.g., Airbnb platform, Google Calendar)
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem Solver: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently
- Availability: Flexible availability to respond to guest inquiries and manage bookings, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Reliable Internet: A reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable work environment for remote work
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
