Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Philippine time

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and resourceful Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will manage various tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Able to take minutes of the meeting
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the team
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Perform research tasks and compile reports
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Create, format, and proofread documents and presentations
  • Manage social media accounts and update content
  • Provide customer service support as needed
  • Assist with data entry and other clerical duties
  • Collaborate with team members to complete ad-hoc projects

Requirements:



    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Proficient in using office tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
    • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Zoom)
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote working tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    

    • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management
    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Prior experience supporting executives or senior management
