Role: Clinic Admin Assistant
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:00am - 3:00pm Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO - San Fernando, Pampanga
Job Summary:
The Clinic Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from patient communication to managing sensitive patient information and contributing to admin tasks initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care and coordination with the doctors.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, including scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, and relaying important information to patients and doctors.
- Sending SMS messages to patients for reminders, updates, and other communication needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and communication within the clinic software.
- Responding to patient inquiries via email, ensuring the highest level of security and confidentiality in handling sensitive medical information.
- Managing patient messages and ensuring timely responses.
- Clinic Software Management:
- Proficiently using clinic software (experience with Xestro is a plus but not required) to update patient information, record results, and manage appointments.
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of patient data.
- Security and Confidentiality:
- Adhering to strict protocols for handling sensitive patient information, ensuring the highest level of security and confidentiality in all communications and data management.
- Other Duties:
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant in a medical or healthcare setting is a MUST HAVE
- Demonstrated experience in handling a high volume of calls and managing patient communication.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in clinical software (experience with Xestro is a plus but not required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in marketing, particularly in the medical field, is a plus but not required.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Must be willing to work onsite
