Role: Jr. Estimator (Australian Experience)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 7am-4pm Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH

Role Overview:
The successful applicant will have experience in residential construction estimating,
with the ability to manage projects of varied complexity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately interpreting architectural and engineering plans.
• Developing budgets and cost estimates for new home constructions.
• Preparing selection and variation costings and orders.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and assisting with contract administration.
• Reviewing documentation and specifications, including engineering and timber framing.
• Creating pre- and post-contract variation pricing.
• Collaborating with drafting, construction teams, and clients.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the building industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data entry, and computer literacy.
• Relevant technical qualifications.
