Role: Systems Support Specialist
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00pm - 6am Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO - San Fernando, Pampanga (near SM Telebastagan)
The Systems Support Specialist is responsible for configuring and deploying, maintaining and supporting software solutions within our technology environment. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success in onboarding, setup, and maintenance of various systems. This role involves overseeing property management software, managing project timelines, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, maintain and become an SME on the following systems:
- Microsoft technologies including O365 administration
- User Adds/moves/Changes
- Delivering customer and technical support, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and efficiency in addressing customer inquiries and issues
- Assess, recommend, implement, and document software and system changes to facilitate improvements in accuracy and efficiency in information management process
- Vendor Liaison, working with different vendors on Wi-Fi configuration/setup and testing.
- Assist end users with questions and issues relating to various software platforms including but not limited to O365, Apaleo, Breezeway and HubSpot
- Lead the onboarding process for site and unit build with other departments.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the systems.
- User adds/moves/changes
- Software audits
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during implementation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Create user guides and training materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, support, sales) to align project goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Project manage and sequence all the above across concurrent property setups. Troubleshoots and support issues and creative problem solving with any of the above systems.

Requirements:
- Comfort with navigating and learning new systems.
- Associates degree or 2 years related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with configuring systems.
- Excellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with hotel, multi-family or property management software is
- preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven experience in software implementation, configuration, or project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
