Role: Bookkeeper

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:30am to 3:30pm, Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work Onsite



Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • Month end reporting and reconciliations
  • Third party reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet deep dives
  • Recovery work
  • IAS & BAS Preparation
  • Year End in both accounts and payroll



Role Requirements:

  • Has 3+ years bookkeeping experience within a Public Practice environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Payroll, Preparation of BAS, IAS, TPAR and payroll tax returns, Balance Sheet reconciling and reporting is required
  • Experience with Xero a must and with other cloud based programs highly desirable
  • Experience dealing with clients in varied industries and varied degree of complexity.
  • Experience with end-to-end accounts payables and receivables
  • Reconciliations of bank and credit statements
  • Month-end, EOFY preparations, and
  • Reporting
  • Enjoys building rapport with a variety of clients
  • Able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
