Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. The employee will contribute to the development and enhancement of our proprietary AI-powered software platform, working alongside experienced engineers and PhD-level data scientists to build innovative solutions for international clients. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn. You'll work in a modern cloud-based development environment, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to both frontend and backend development while delivering high-quality code.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our in-house software platform. 
• Build and deploy applications within an AWS cloud environment. 
• Work from assigned tickets through completion, following established engineering workflows. 
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code. 
• Submit pull requests for peer review and incorporate feedback before production deployment. 
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, PhD-level data scientists, and cross-functional teams. 
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, engineering meetings, and technical discussions. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. 
• Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve products and processes. 
• Maintain documentation and collaborate using modern development tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. 
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development. 
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services. 
• Experience using Git/GitHub for version control. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ticketing systems. 
• Experience working with pull requests and code review processes. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
• Curious mindset with a willingness to ask questions and continuously learn.

Required Skills:

• Experience developing cloud-native applications. 
• Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and modern engineering collaboration tools. 
• Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-driven software products.
• Experience Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years 
• Education: Bachelor Graduate Certifications (if applicable)
