Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
- Handles multiple projects and may assist in compling data and generating reports.
Required Skills & Experience
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as data entry clerk.
- Fast typing skills.
- Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Good command of english both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of touch typing system.
- Equipment Specifications:
- Dual monitors -- to have Teams/Outlook open
- Keyboard with 10 key number pad
- Windows 10 or 11
- ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher
- Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred)
- Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution
- No Chromebook or Macbook
- Web Camera for Teams meetings
- Headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls
