Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
  • Handles multiple projects and may assist in compling data and generating reports.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as data entry clerk.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of english both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of touch typing system.
  • Equipment Specifications:
  • Dual monitors -- to have Teams/Outlook open
  • Keyboard with 10 key number pad
  • Windows 10 or 11
  • ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher
  • Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred)
  • Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution
  • No Chromebook or Macbook
  • Web Camera for Teams meetings
  • Headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls
