Hours: Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 6:30 pm.

Once converted (subject to attendance, performance, etc.): Sunday-Thursday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm.

To be considered for the role, candidates must include the following on their resume or job seeker profile chat feature:

- High school diploma
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask (answering 80-100 emails in the first 4 hours of the shift)
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in the food/hospitality industry) with strong resolution and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with customers over the phone (problem-solving around 15 calls per shift)
- Call center experience is acceptable but not preferred.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone and email to provide them with a positive experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also provide sales support to our Sales consultants and Account Executives, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of all customer needs.


Responsibilities:
- Attend to all incoming concerns and needs from customers.
- Handle key pick-up requests.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding delivery times.
- Process will-call and voicemail orders.
- Provide customers with invoice copies.
- Request credits.
- Maintain a call list.
- Monitor orders before the cut-off time.
- Communicate regularly with account executives, sales consultants, and customers.
- Manage same-day deliveries for the operating company.
- Perform other duties as directed by the manager.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) "Share-Drives".
- Flexibility to rotate between different shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
