Our client, a leading company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join their team. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for the organization and ensuring the acquisition of top talent to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the organization

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications

- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and negotiate terms and conditions for recruitment services

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the recruitment process

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Train and mentor recruitment team members to ensure their professional development and effectiveness in their roles

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a managerial role

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with top talent

- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies

- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
