• Handle Council Tax recovery calls
• Process payments and arrange payment plans
• Manage enforcement actions
• Represent the council at court hearings
• Work with Civica Open Revenues system

Essential Experience:

• Council Tax Recovery background

• Understanding of Council Tax legislation
