Project Manager

Position : Project Manager (Budget 80-110K)

Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality. The IT Project Manager will work closely with the IT team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

• IT Project Manager managing a new and existing of projects and project work for customers in Group companies
• Get the project going including with project kick-off, planning, monitoring and control, change control and configuration management, cost estimation, quality and risk control, project organization, etc.
• Manage the project and working with people e.g. leadership, people
• Manage resources e.g. Managing costs, risks, and ultimate product quality management, self-awareness and collaborative communication
• Tracking the project deliverable using appropriate tools
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and control project activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
• Work with the IT team to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate project team meetings and ensure that project team members have the necessary information and resources to complete their tasks
• Manage project scope, requirements, and changes
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, project team, and management
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors meet project requirements and deliverables
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
• Ensure that project documentation is complete and up to date
• Coach and mentor project team members to ensure continuous improvement in project delivery
• Participate in project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and best practices

Requirement and skills :

• Bachelors degree in IT or Computer science or related
• 5-7 years experience of project management for IT-Related Projects Experience with development methodology in the modern(digital) world (would be advantage)
• Agile and traditional project delivery (iterative and traditional)
• Flexible, adaptable and a fast learner (including ability to research)
• Technical understanding for software development on cloud and mobile device technology
• Relationship management and interpersonal skills (including active listening)
• Organization and prioritization, Scheduling & task management, Delivery effective documentation
• Problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making
• Budget & cost management
• Risk and quality management
• Proven experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• PMP certification is a plus
