Position : Human Resource Manager ( Budget 80-100K )

Responsibilities:

  • Management of overall HR functions
  • Manage all HR functions to operate seamlessly without any disruption, initiate work engagement and job satisfaction to its employee in organization.
  • Plan HR strategies with the emphasis on reinforcing, remodeling and implementing work rules and regulations, compensation and benefits systems including performance appraisal assessment.
  • Prepare and Control HR budget.
  • Handle labor union relations, Solve conflicts and complaints by employees, Implement disciplinary action and employment termination.
  • Identify, develop, and deploy initiative and best practice in talent acquisition, communications, performance management, learning and development, performance rewards.
  • Manage, supervise and improve operational efficiency of HR Dept.
  • Conduct the tasks assigned by the management team from time to time.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree or masters degree
  • 10+ year experience in HR function
  • Team management experience (over 5 subordinates)
  • Good command of English
  • Capable of communication with the management team in English
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law
  • Working Experience in manufacturing company industry
  • Experience with 1,000+ employees
  • Experience in union-management consultation
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
