Job Title: Senior Key Account  Manager (Budget 130-160K)

We are looking for The Senior Account Management Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team of Account Managers in an insurance company. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to grow the company's business, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Account Management Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and reporting to senior management on the teams performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
  • Manage and lead a team of Account Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry trends
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
