Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Budget 180-240K

Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Management team to set financial objectives and strategies for future company performance and provide the framework for the establishment of annual business plans which review and monitor by monthly.
• Working closely with Management team, Executive committee and Board of Director in order to inform and advise the operation resulted, profitability analysis, product costing & cost improvement, investment, risk management, budgeting and business plan.
• Working capital management and fundraising and also look for business expansion opportunities such as mergers or acquisitions.
• Working as a member of the corporate risk management committee.
• Working as a member and secretary of the credit committee.
• Working as a member of the Human Resource Committee in order to strategic planning both HRD, HRM, Succession plan and retirement.
• Managing and monitoring all of the Financial, Accounting, product costing, budgeting, Tax, BOI, and investing.
• Controlling month-end closing which prepares and analyzes operation performance reports, financial reports and managerial accounting reports both separate company and consolidation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Preparing financial package reports in order to submit to headquarter in Japan by monthly and quarterly.
• Coordinate with the outside parties regarding the accuracy and appropriately in statements such as financial institutions, SET, SEC, TSD, Revenue department, External auditor, BOI, debtors, creditors and investors.
• Supervising Finance and Accounting staffs in order to continuous quality improvement of work align with the new rules and regulations and technology and not only appropriate make a career path but also succession plan

Qualifications :

• BA/MBA in accounting, Finance or any related fields
• 10-15 years directed experience in Manufacturing business processing companies
• Strong leadership type of person with compromise personality
• Good English communication skill both verbal and written, presentation skill
• Able to coach and support team members when needed
• Understand BOI, Tax, Set is advantaged
