We are looking for The Chief Technology Officer (CTO)who is a senior executive level to responsible for the technological direction of an organization. The specific job scope of a CTO may vary depending on the organization, but some of the common responsibilities include developing and implementing technology strategies: To responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives and Identifying and evaluating new technologies: The CTO needs to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and evaluate new technologies that could benefit the organization.

Position : Chief Technology Officer Budget (200-250K)

Responsibilities :

  • Define the technical vision and strategy for the company, and ensure alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead the development and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring that our technology solutions are innovative, scalable, and meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage a team of engineers and other technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the development of a high-performing team
  • Work closely with our product, sales, data, and marketing teams to understand customer needs and market trends and translate them into technical requirements and solutions
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance our products and improve our processes
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our software platforms, and implement best practices for software development and testing
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors as necessary to deliver on our product roadmap and technology objectives
  • Manage the technology budget and resources, ensuring that we are using our resources effectively and efficiently

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, software architecture, and emerging technologies
  • Experience managing and leading teams of engineers and technical staff
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
