Accounting Director

Position Accounting Director ( Budget 100-140K)

We are looking for Accounting Director who is responsible for managing and overseeing the company's accounting functions. This includes financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and other related activities. The Accounting Director ensures that the financial records are accurate and timely, and that financial policies and procedures are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Accounting Director will provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle month end closing and ensure the account reconciliation is completed on a timely manner.
• Leads complex financial accounting for a broad business or finance function, exercising a strong understanding of the business to achieve the zero-gap external compliance.
• Accountable for leading an organization of managers and individual contributors for an accounting and internal audit functions by setting overall initiatives, allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects, and ensuring timely and effective financial controlling projects (includes IPO)
• Deliver the accuracy and timeliness of financial statutory reporting according to Thailand regulations and SET standard.
• Proactively drives end to end process improvement and policy development initiatives.
• Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision making within a limited scope.
• Liaise with auditors, banking, legal adviser, FA, and Revenue department for any relate matters.

Requirements and skills :

• First level University degree with a focus in accounting or business.
• 10 + years of experience in an accounting function, and 5+ years of leading a large operation team experience
• Caple to lead large and complex business or finance process initiatives with strong leadership skills.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification preferred
• Experience in accounting ERP (i.e. SAP, Mango, Compu) and excellent in EXCELL generator.
• Experience working with public company and understand stock exchange of Thailand (SET standard)
