Position : Head of Planning (300K) Digital Advertising , Digital Agency

Job Descriptions:

  • Takes charge in the development of strategic solutions to win competition/pitch.
  • Leads communication/campaign strategy development initiatives, integrated strategy development including digital and retail business strategies for clients and new business.
  • Presents research/strategy findings in client and new business meetings, constantly seeking new business development opportunities
  • Drives long-term business building and may be an integral member of new business team
  • Represents the client in all advertising communications through consumer research and dialogue with primary research specialists, account managers and creatives.
  • Consults with senior staff to strategize the client's specific marketing needs
  • Provide consultation by monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends relevant to client business
  • Lead the development of digital media and audience strategy, Web/SMC/Digital media strategies to diverse audiences
  • Leads the development and stabilization of planning tools, models, and process
  • Supervise R&D in digital media planning and develops innovative solutions
  • Responsible for project budgets, financial ROI, resource allocation and strategic leadership of the business group included strategic plan, digital media and data analysis team.
  • Oversee / direct the negotiation progress and liaison with digital media partners in order to magnify the buying power of spending
  • Responsible for oversight and management of spending across major vendors while monitoring client budgets
  • Ensure that the digital media function operates in an efficient, profitable manner in conjunction with other functions
  • Establish sound business and financial parameters to ensure realistic and profitable use of time consistent with the client's budgets
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects
  • Partner with internal and external content managers, editors, designers and developers to ensure the activities on Digital Media meet the clients needs and align with the brand strategy platform

Required Skills

  • Strong background in advertising agency with high level of knowledge on the consumers and business point of view
  • More than 15 years of experience in strategic planning and well understanding in digital media and digital data management
  • Strategic and analytic thinking capabilities
  • Strong leadership interpersonal
  • Excellent communication, presentation, team management skills
  • Excellent English proficiency skills
