Head of Marketing

Job Title: Head of Marketing, Real Estate/Home Living (Budget 150-200K)

Job Overview: The Head of Marketing for Real Estate/Home Living is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that promote and enhance the company's brand, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and home living industries, as well as a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Manage the company's online presence, including social media, website, and email marketing
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies that drive new business
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales materials and presentations
• Monitor and analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners
• Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements and skills :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in real estate or home living industries
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
