Job Summary:

The Head of Human Resource Management is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. The role involves overseeing recruitment and hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for employment.
  • Develop and implement employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health and wellness benefits.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR programs are aligned with overall business strategies.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources .
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
