About the job Head of Telesales
Position : Head of Telesales (Budget 250-350K)
We are looking for Head of Telesales who are responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives who are responsible for generating sales revenue via phone calls. This position involves designing and implementing effective telesales strategies, managing and coaching the team to achieve set targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Head of Telesales will also be responsible for reporting to senior management on the teams performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement telesales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Set KPIs for the team and provide regular performance feedback to team members
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of telesales campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in telesales techniques and technologies
- Manage a team of Telesales management and agents, providing coaching, training, and
support as needed. - Develop and implement Telesales strategies and processes to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure targets are met or
exceeded. - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align
Telesales activities with overall business objectives. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners,
and vendors. - Ensure that all Telesales activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and optimize Telesales technology, such as CRM and Leads.
- Develop and manage the Telesales budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Drive and motivate supervisor and sales to achieve monthly sales KPI.
- Contribute in TSR acquisition and call centre expansion.
- Manage and optimize leads allocation and consumption.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Head of Telesales or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of telesales techniques and technologies
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- At least 5 years of experience in Telesales management from within the Insurance Brokerage
industry or Insurance industry. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
