Chief Accountant / Financial controller

Position: Chief Accountant / Financial controller  (100-150K )

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations and manage the team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of book closing, consolidated financial reports and taxation
• Review, monitor and ensure the effectiveness and compliance with accounting principles and the companys policies and procedures
• Prepare and monitor the company's budget and forecast
• Liaison with auditors, revenue department and other related parties
• Assist in preparing all relevant financial documents per SET/SEC requirement i.e. company report (56-1) md&a, and annual report
• Assist CFO in developing efficient accounting and business processes and control, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
• More than 10 years of experience in accounting or auditing and as a team manager, with knowledge of consolidation and PAE accounting
• Preferable experience in retail business/ listed company/ a CPA or CPD holder
• Good Microsoft Office and ERP skill, and up-to-date accounting and tax knowledge Independent, analytical and positive mind, and managerial skills
• Good command of English
