A property investment business is looking for a Telesales Executive to generate leads and book appointments with potential investors. They specialise in property deal sourcing, refurbishment management, and investment education, helping clients build wealth through smart property strategies.

Role Overview

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors, introducing them to property investment opportunities, and booking appointments for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

• Identify potential investors and qualify their interest

• Explain the benefits of property investment and the services offered

• Book appointments for the senior sales team

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

What’s Needed

• Experience in telesales or a similar phone-based sales role

• Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with potential investors

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Target-driven with a positive attitude

• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
