About the Role:

We are working on behalf of an esteemed client in the technology sector, searching for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other innovative sales tactics.
  2. Qualify Leads: Conduct initial qualification calls with potential customers, ensuring they meet the criteria for the sales team.
  3. Maintain CRM: Consistently update and maintain accurate information within the company’s CRM system regarding client interactions, feedback, and next steps.
  4. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and opportunities.
  5. Research: Stay informed about the technology market, competitive products, and industry trends to effectively position our solutions to prospective clients.
  6. Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
  7. Feedback Loop: Provide insights from prospect feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and product offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a result-driven approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently.
