About the Role

Join our team as a Client Support Coordinator, supporting clients by organizing vacation plans and coordinating itinerary details in a remote environment. In this role you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming vacations by organizing reservations, coordinating planning timelines, and ensuring that all itinerary elements are clearly documented and easy to follow.

As a Client Support Coordinator you will assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled activities that make up each vacation plan. Many plans involve multiple confirmations and timeline considerations, so attention to detail and the ability to manage planning workflows efficiently are essential. You will help ensure that reservations are confirmed accurately, documentation is complete, and itinerary components remain aligned within a structured plan.

You will also support communication throughout the planning process by organizing updates, gathering necessary details, and ensuring all information is accessible and easy for clients to understand. Monitoring timelines and following up on outstanding planning items will help ensure each vacation plan progresses smoothly.

This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, client communication, and coordinating detailed planning processes. Training is provided.
