Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Handle daily tasks at the Customer Service desk.

Provide appropriate solutions for customer inquiries and coordinate with related teams for comprehensive issue resolution.

Proactively communicate with customers about issue statuses and clarify any questions.

Ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the R&D Team in Romania and business consultants in Germany, France, and Italy.

Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on best practices.

Your Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Advanced proficiency in German and fluency in English required.

High school or University diploma.

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Personal Attributes:

Strong customer-oriented attitude.

Interest in Purchasing (eAuction, eSourcing, eProcurement).

Excellent communication skills and sociability.
