Job description

• Takeover of incoming customer requests and incidents in SAP and non-SAP area
• Dispatch incoming tickets to the respective teams
• Effectively collaborate with 2nd and 3rd level teams
• Take on ticket resolution for dedicated services
• Follow-up on ticket resolution
• Ensure escalation of ticket where necessary
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets
• Provide input for process improvements
• Documentation of the processes and applications
• Clarifying the interfaces between the different areas
• Take over development tasks from SAP implementation projects
• Monitoring & functional activities

Requirements

• Experience as an advanced SAP key-user or experience as junior SAP BI/BW key-user/consultant or previous experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Nice to have good technical background of SAP BI/BW (Customizing)
• Central user administration & authorizations know-how
• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Query design
• Analytical thinking
• Transport management
• Very high customer and service orientation
• Very good social skills, well organized and ready to face challenges
• Ability to analyze root cause of problems for a quick issue resolution
• Excellent spoken & written English skills
