The Role
This exciting role has been created in response to rapid international growth and a strategic shift towards a digital and search-first agenda. We continue to expand this role across the business to meet emerging needs and drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Product Owner, you will be focused intensely on the daily performance and management of all digital assets (websites) and channels (paid and organic) within your designated business area.
Lead a small team/squad of specialist digital marketers.
Champion digital best practices within your designated business area aligned with the Core Digital Marketing Strategy.
Drive performance using your commercial and digital experience to meet set targets.
Identify opportunities for business growth, optimization, and performance enhancement.
Produce daily performance reports and regular management summaries.
Collaborate closely with the head of marketing to deliver a unified view of all activities in alignment with commercial KPIs.

Experience/Attributes
5+ years of experience leading digital marketing teams and projects that drive revenue, preferably in an SaaS B2B environment.
Proven ability managing multiple stakeholders within complex organizational structures.
Vision-oriented, capable of working within current constraints to identify and articulate innovative opportunities with a commercial return.
Effective communicator, adept at integrating the needs of diverse business teams and presenting compelling cases to senior stakeholders.
