About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Admin Professional with German to support HR operations and ensure seamless processes across various teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model in Brașov, for one of our clients, contributing to a high-performing HR function in an international setting.
Responsibilities:

Handle requests for authorizations, certificates, letters, and confirmations.

Ensure timely and accurate document processing for employees, managers, and HR teams.

Manage employment contracts and other HR-related documents in collaboration with local HR teams.

Oversee digital personnel file management, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Provide documentation and KPI data for HR audits.
-
Manage proxy settings and access rights for employees.
-
Prepare and distribute bonus and salary increase letters, coordinating with payroll for accuracy.

Track and improve service management by monitoring performance, analyzing data, and implementing enhancements.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a shared services environment.
At least 1 year experience in a leadership position. -
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred; SAP HR is a plus).

Fluent in English and German.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Sign.

High attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
