About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Admin Professional with German to support HR operations and ensure seamless processes across various teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model in Brașov, for one of our clients, contributing to a high-performing HR function in an international setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle requests for authorizations, certificates, letters, and confirmations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate document processing for employees, managers, and HR teams.

  • Manage employment contracts and other HR-related documents in collaboration with local HR teams.

  • Oversee digital personnel file management, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Provide documentation and KPI data for HR audits.

  • Manage proxy settings and access rights for employees.

  • Prepare and distribute bonus and salary increase letters, coordinating with payroll for accuracy.

  • Track and improve service management by monitoring performance, analyzing data, and implementing enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a shared services environment.
    At least 1 year experience in a leadership position.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred; SAP HR is a plus).

  • Fluent in English and German.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Sign.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.

  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams in a multicultural environment.
