Expert Cyber Security (German)

As a key player in our team, you will support selected customers in the long-term development and implementation of their IT security strategies. You'll leverage your cybersecurity expertise, including Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Detection, to manage security incidents and projects. You'll collaborate closely with various security areas within Arvato Systems and Bertelsmann, contributing to the enhancement of our cybersecurity portfolio alongside the product management team. Additionally, you'll represent our Cyber Security portfolio to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Assist selected customers in developing and implementing long-term IT security strategies.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Apply your knowledge in Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Detection for security incidents and projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other security areas within Arvato Systems and Bertelsmann.
• Portfolio Development: Collaborate with the product management team to further develop our cybersecurity portfolio.
• Representation: Present our Cyber Security portfolio to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in computer science or a comparable education, ideally with a focus on IT security.
• Experience: Several years of experience in security consulting, security analysis, and/or auditing.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Extensive knowledge of security products and solutions (e.g., SOAR, XDR, SIEM including Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle SIEM, Malware Information Sharing Platform - MISP).
  • Deep understanding of security standards (IT basic protection catalogs, BSI 200-x and ISO2700x, ISF, COBIT, NIST) and relevant laws and regulations (e.g., EU-GDPR, BDSG, KRITIS).
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Network Security, and Cloud Security.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
