CDL-A Truck Driver | Team Driver | Pre-made or NOT | No Touch

**Position Highlights:**

**Compensation Details:**

- **Starting Base Pay:** $0.98 per mile with Hazmat Endorsement; $0.95 without. Split per driver on all miles Driven!!

- **Annual Pay Increases:** $0.01 per mile increase on your anniversary date for the first three years.

- **Additional Pay Opportunities:**

- CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $1,025 every 90 days (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $825 plus 8 hours PTO.

- On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days.

- Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service.

- Detention Pay: Begins after only 1 hour.

- Hazmat Premium: Additional $0.04/mile when hauling placarded Hazmat loads.

- Lucrative Referral Program and other accessorial pays when applicable.

**Home Time:**

- Expected home time every 11 days for 3 days.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid and current Class A CDL.

- At least 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months with an experienced teaming partner).

- Clean driving record with no DWIs in the past 7 years and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.

- Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and, if applicable, a Human Performance Evaluation.
