**Position Overview:**

Redeemed Logistics is seeking dedicated CDL-A Truck Drivers for specialized routes. This position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service, patience, and the skill to navigate challenging backing situations. **Training & Orientation:**

- New hires participate in a comprehensive training program, including a 1-week ride-along with a current driver at $150 per day, to familiarize with our operations and customer service expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manual unloading of cargo at designated locations.

- Maintain high levels of patience and professionalism with customers.

- Navigate challenging backing scenarios with precision and safety.

**Compensation & Incentives:**

- Competitive mileage pay, with drivers averaging 1500 miles and 3 loads weekly can expect to make an average of $1,725.

- Top 10% of drivers earning up to $2,800 weekly.

- Additional pay for unloading, with $125 for each trailer and an extra $35 per set for doubles.

- Weekly $125 incentive for meeting unload requirements.

- Progressive pay scale based on experience, starting at $0.60/mile and increasing up to $0.73/mile over time.

**Home Time:**

- Consistent weekly home time for a 34-hour reset, ensuring a balanced work-life rhythm.
