SUMMARY:
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for connecting Skyline patrons to agencies that provide the resources they
need. The Resource Coordinator makes and manages referrals through several area platforms, creates resource
handouts for patrons, and schedules on-site events and activities to assist our patrons.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide intake assistance to first time patrons, adding them to Skylines case management system and
determining additional areas of need.
Prioritizes referrals by urgency and addresses them in a timely manner.
Manage internal and external referrals and responses across multiple platforms.
Develop relationships with other agencies and work to create on-site opportunities to connect our patrons
with outside resources.
Create handouts and other materials our patrons can use to identify additional internal and external agency
resources.
In addition to essential job functions, all employees may be assigned other duties, including direct interaction with
Skylines patrons, as necessary for operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School degree required, some college preferred
Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Basic knowledge of computer programs: Word, Excel, Canva, and database management
required
Experience in organization and management skills
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
These requirements are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of
this job. While performing the job duties, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear, use hands and
fingers. The employee is required to stand, walk, climb stairs, and be able to move about freely. The employee must
have the ability to lift objects weighing 25 pounds.
The physical environment is typically that of a normal office environment where there are few physical discomforts
associated with changes in the weather or noise, although working in other environments may be required based
on operational needs. The employee may frequently be required to drive while on the job and will use their
personal vehicle.
