This agency has offices across Australia, with its head office located in Sydney. Despite the market challenges faced by every business in recent years, the agency has experienced continued growth and success. Due to strong growth in the second and third quarters, this mid-sized Technology and Finance specialist is now looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Technology team in Sydney.

The Desk:

Software development MS Stack

Due to this agency's vertical structure, you will have the opportunity to work with existing clients and a ready-made client base. Many of their current clients are now hiring in the s/w dev space giving you potential pipeline from day 1! You will have the chance to nurture existing relationships and also build new ones.

The individual:

They are looking for an individual who is up for a challenge, is ambitious and who truly wants to grow in an organisation where the opportunities can happen quicker than expected. They are not a recruitment firm that lives for KPI's and tracks the number of calls people make, instead they let their consultants manage their own desks with 'guidance' from management. Your career will be managed by professional management who DONT micro manage.

To be considered you will ideally have:

  • 3 years+ agency recruitment experience
  • Strong Technology sector experience
  • Experience recruiting across Software development and ideally MS Stack.
  • 360° agency recruitment experience is essential
  • A proven track record of strong billings (A$400k+ pa)
  • A vibrant, ambitious and positive personality
  • The ability to build professional relationships and a keen interest in business
  • Confidence in yourself and upbeat communication skills
  • The motivation to have a career and not just a job
