Were recruiting a Learning & Development Trainer to join a global technology business that is setting up a new customer support operation in Manchester.

The team will be supporting cutting-edge automated vehicle technology, and you'll play a key role ensuring new hires are confident, capable and ready to deliver great customer support from day one.

This role is focused on delivering engaging training and onboarding programmes, helping new teams quickly get up to speed in a fast-moving environment.

We are interviewing immediately and need someone who can start before the end of March.

The role: Learning & Development Trainer

As the L&D Trainer, you'll deliver training to new and existing employees, helping build knowledge, confidence and capability across the support team.

You'll be responsible for facilitating sessions, leading inductions and supporting onboarding, ensuring people are ready to perform in their roles.

What you'll be doing: Learning & Development Trainer

• Deliver training sessions for new starters and existing employees
• Run induction and onboarding programmes
• Facilitate engaging classroom and group learning sessions
• Support employees as they build confidence in their roles
• Monitor learning progress and share feedback with managers
• Work with existing training materials and learning resources

What were looking for: Learning & Development Trainer

• Experience delivering training, coaching or teaching
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to engage groups and keep sessions interactive
• Confident using Microsoft and Google tools
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including some weekends
• Someone who enjoys delivering training in a fast-paced environment
