Senior Consultant – Construction Recruitment

Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + commission

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in construction recruitment to join a growing team.

This role offers the chance to build a strong billing desk with full support from an established recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a construction recruitment desk

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Generate new business opportunities

• Source and place high-quality candidates

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets
