Senior/ Project Manager (MNC IT) support the Govt sectors

Job Description:

The company is seeking a highly experienced Senior / Project Manager to lead large-scale application development projects within the government sector. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of project management experience and be PMP certified. More expereince will be considered as Senior Project Manager with higher salary. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects, with a strong emphasis on delivering results in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale application development projects to support the government sectors from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with government standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore product and application development centers (e.g: moibile / call center application), particularly in South China is preferred, to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Engage with executive-level management and stakeholders, providing clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Foster a client-focused approach that prioritizes client satisfaction and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Organize and lead multiple teams, ensuring the delivery of reliable IT services and driving commitment to continuous process improvements.
• Manage P&L, staffing aspects of projects, including maximize ROI to achieve company set target, risk control, performance evaluation, and professional development of team members.
• Stay abreast of innovative technologies and incorporate them into project management practices to enhance efficiency and project results.
• Implement best practices in project management, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in large-scale application development projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects within the government sector.
• Preferred experience in establishing or collaborating with offshore development centers, particularly in South China.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with executive-level management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and drive continuous process improvement.
  
• Experience in staff management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Passion for innovative technologies and their integration into project management.
