Position: Senior / HR Specialist - HRBP

Our client as a leading listed high tech. company (with offices over the world) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior / HR Specialist - HRBP to join their growing team, who are dedicated to providing innovative and effective HR solutions . The HRBP will play a key role in supporting talent acquistion & management, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner, providing expert advice and guidance on all HR matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for key positions within the company
• Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure assigned Business Units receive the most effective and innovative solutions
• Participate in the development and implementation of local & company-wide HR policies and procedures
• Oversee and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a HRBP or similar role, preferably within IT&T industries but not necessary
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and managers
• Ability to think strategically and provide solutions to complex HR issues
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
