Service Delivery Associate Director (ICT/Application)

A leading IT solutions company is now looking for an Application Team Leader in Hong Kong who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our application services. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service development, presales, and service delivery, ensuring seamless project execution for both government and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities: 

• Craft and implement a strategic roadmap for application services, aligning service delivery with organizational goals and exceeding revenue targets.
• Champion innovation by identifying new market opportunities and developing compelling application service offerings tailored to the Hong Kong market.
• Guide and empower your team to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within your team, ensuring skills and expertise are aligned with project needs.
• Foster strong client relationships by actively managing communication, problem resolution, and change requests.
• Oversee project budgets and cost controls, maximizing efficiency and profitability.
• Provide insightful reports on delivery status and team performance to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements: 

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the IT/communication industry with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, particularly in the public sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, applicable to both government and commercial environments.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for inspiring, motivating, and guiding teams toward ambitious goals.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships (clients, vendors, subcontractors).
• Solid understanding of pre-sales processes and a comprehensive knowledge of the IT market landscape.
• Proficiency in managing offshore development teams.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
